2 Membership Eligibility

Age Restriction Warning: RP99 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering or playing on this platform. Age verification is conducted at registration and on a periodic basis. Any violation will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.

- Only one account is permitted per individual, per IC number, and per IP address per household.

3 Registration & Account Management
When creating your RP99 account, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. RP99 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time, and any account found to contain false or misleading information will be closed immediately.
- Your full name must match exactly as it appears on your official Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport).
- A valid and active Malaysian phone number is required for OTP verification.
- Your account password must be strong (at least 8 characters including numbers and letters) and kept strictly confidential.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact RP99 support immediately.
- RP99 will never ask for your password through any channel — do not share your password with anyone.
Account Verification (KYC): RP99 may require you to verify your identity (Know Your Customer process) before permitting withdrawals above a certain threshold. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and a screenshot of your payment method.

- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of your own RP99 account.
- RP99 does not accept deposits from third parties or from bank accounts different from the one registered on your account.
- RP99 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any charges imposed by the payment provider are beyond RP99's control.
- If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact RP99 customer support with proof of transaction.
5 Withdrawal of Funds
RP99 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. However, certain conditions and procedures must be followed to ensure the security and integrity of all transactions.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
- Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (source of funds principle).
- Processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification process.
- Diamond and Platinum VIP members receive priority processing on withdrawals.
- RP99 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC documents) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.
- Funds tied to bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
Fraud Warning: RP99 reserves the right to suspend or void withdrawals suspected of being proceeds from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse. This includes temporary account freezes pending the completion of an investigation.
6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
RP99 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and any other conditions stated in each promotional offer.
- The 150% welcome bonus of up to RM 1,500 requires a wagering requirement of 20x the total amount (deposit + bonus) before any withdrawal is permitted.
- Bonuses must be used within 14 days of the credit date. Any unused bonus will expire automatically.
- Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
- RP99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
- Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts, hedge betting, or arbitrage strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
- Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period (Monday–Sunday) and credited every Monday.

7 Game Rules & Fairness
All games on the RP99 platform — including video slots, Live Casino, table games, and poker — use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently verified by accredited auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.
- RP99 does not manipulate or alter the outcome of any game under any circumstances.
- In the event of a technical disruption during a game, RP99 reserves the right to void or replay the game in question based on system records.
- Results as recorded in the RP99 system are final and binding in all disputes.
- Any attempt to hack, cheat, or exploit bugs in any game will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised assistance tools is strictly prohibited.
8 Sports Betting & Virtual Sports
The RP99 Sports Betting and Virtual Sports section offers a wide range of markets covering Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, badminton, e-sports, and 24/7 virtual sports. The following specific terms apply to this section.
- All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- RP99 reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (obvious error odds).
- For accumulator/parlay bets, all selections must win for the bet to be considered a winner.
- RP99 reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any match or player at any time.
- In-play betting is subject to time limits set by the system and may be suspended at any time at RP99's discretion.
- Official results issued by the relevant sports governing body are final for settlement purposes.
9 Player Conduct & Platform Ethics
RP99 is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all users. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the RP99 platform and may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or permanent account closure.
- Communicating in a rude, threatening, inflammatory, or abusive manner towards other players or RP99 staff.
- Opening more than one account or using another person's identity to register or play.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third-party access to your account.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the RP99 platform.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions.
- Collusion between players in poker or live table games to gain an unfair advantage.
10 Account Closure & Suspension
Whether initiated by your own request or by RP99, account closure or suspension is subject to the following procedures.
- Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting RP99 customer support. Any valid balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break or stop playing altogether may apply for self-exclusion for a chosen period. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access or log in to the RP99 platform.
- Closure by RP99: RP99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms without prior notice. In confirmed cases of fraud, account balances may be forfeited.
- Inactive balance: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee after written notice has been sent to the registered email address.
11 Liability Limits & Disclaimers
RP99 provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we work hard to ensure uninterrupted platform performance, there are limitations to our liability that you should be aware of.
- RP99 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- RP99 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free of bugs, viruses, or technical disruptions at all times.
- The results of all games are final once confirmed by the RP99 system.
- The maximum compensation claimable from RP99 is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
